AboitizLand expands 25 years of foothold with new residential area

-

Celebrating its 25th year of building communities, real estate developer AboitizLand continues to expand in Central Luzon with the launch of Ajoya in Pampanga. The mid-market residential development is the third Ajoya community to be launched in Central Luzon within a year, and AboitizLand’s 5th residential project in Luzon.

“With our solid credentials in Cebu for the past 25 years, we’re in a position to continue our Luzon expansion which started a few years ago,” says David Rafael, AboitizLand president and CEO. “We are proud to aggressively roll out our expansion plans to elevate the lifestyle of more Filipino families in emerging cities.”

The launch comes on the heels of the highly successful launch of Ajoya in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac last year. The former is a 19-hectare property located in Valle Cruz, Nueva Ecija while the latter is 13 hectares in barangays Talaga and Estrada in Tarlac.

Another Ajoya community will soon arise in Pampanga where vecinos can create lasting memories and stronger connections. Spanning 17 hectares, it will feature a town plaza, clubhouse, multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, generous pocket parks and greenbelts, designed to foster interactions with neighbors.

“We take pride in being proponents of modern Filipino architecture,” adds Rafa de Mesa, AboitizLand’s first vice president of operations. “We show this by incorporating classic Filipino elements to contemporary house designs.” Ajoya’s homes are inspired by the Filipino bahay na bato but given a modern twist.

Located in Barangay Eden, Mexico — less than a two-hour drive from Metro Manila and easily accessible via the North Luzon Expressway — Ajoya Pampanga is near the burgeoning economic hub New Clark City and key businesses and conveniences.

Ajoya Pampanga property prices range from P2.5 to P4.2 million. For inquiries, visit http://aboitizland.com.
