Music of thE night

The Catholic Women’s Club of the Philippines (CWC), whose thrust is serving God by serving people, will hold its 98th anniversary ball at the Makati ShangriLa, Manila on Aug. 29 at 6:30 pm. Under the leadership of its indefatigable president Nene Pe. Lim, the theme for this year’s ball is The Phantom of the Opera, inspired by the musical. The fundraising event is for the benefit of the various charities and advocacies that the CWC has been supporting for the past 98 years.
