QC HACKATHON VIES FOR GUINNESS RECORD:
Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte (4th from right) is spearheading the bid for the world’s largest multi-city hackathon in the Guinness Book of World Records to culminate the celebration of the city’s 80th founding anniversary on Oct. 30 – 31. The Impact Hackathon, hosted by Impact Hub Manila, is a 24-hour on-the-spot coding marathon interfacing programmers, developers and innovators to create sustainable solutions for specific problems.
