NEW MEMBER OF MSC BOARD OF TRUSTEES:

Dr. Nilo Rosas, who hails from Torrijos, Marinduque, was recently appointed member of the Marinduque State College (now a full-fledged university) board of trustees being chosen as a prominent citizen coming from the province.
