WOMAN AS A PROFESSIONAL Putting Passion and Professionalism in Workplaces
For the first session, Insular Life executive chairman Nina Aguas opened the floor with an encouraging speech filled with truisms apt for the modern career women. Sharing her life’s anecdotes, she mentioned the importance of finding a better half who understands a woman’s needs, and how she declined foreign assignments to be with her children during their formative years. Today, Aguas, one of the faces of InLife Sheroes, continue to stir empowerment not just among her colleagues and subordinates, but all women from different walks of life.

TV and TV5 Network; Issa Guevara-Cabreira; managing partner of 917 Ventures; and Rene Gener, executive director of People Management Association of the Philippines.
