STAR Lifestyle columnist-turned-politician expounded on appreciating real beauty using all the five senses and removing stereotypes.
Meanwhile, biochemist Larisa Inozemtseva gave the participants a quick health survey, checking their scores on nutrition, sports, sleep, vitamins and supplements, medical data, and gadgets and technologies. She underscored the value of physical, mental, spiritual and social health because unhealthy women will not be able to fulfill their roles.
