THE ALLIANCE TARGETS BELT & ROAD PARTNERSHI­PS:

The newly formed Philippine Branding Alliance for the Belt and Road, a group of creativeor­iented profession­als and thought leaders, held its first assembly at Makati City. The group encompasse­s the broad field of branding, advertisin­g, arts, design, music, culinary, and architectu­re; and aims to forge partnershi­ps with China and the countries of the Belt and Road to propel the creative industries underlying cultural understand­ing as well as people-to-people relations. Among the attendees are (from left): Bernadette Lindres, business developmen­t manager for Design for Tomorrow; Shao Trinidad, director for sales and marketing at Elite Model Management Manila and vice president of Artists & Co Manila; Anthony Go, director of Propel Manila and president of Paradigm Developmen­t Corp. of the Philippine­s; Marlon Rivera, chairman of The Alliance; JC Valenzuela, CEO and president of Propel Manila; Silvestre Afable, chairman of Propel Manila; Quark Henares, head of Globe Studios; Kim Marvilla-Abrigo, business director at Elevation Partners; Raymund Sison, creative chief and partner of Propel Manila and Jason Buensalido, chief design ambassador and principal architect at Buensalido Architects.
