Imagine a night of sensorial musical delights, of ethereal notes wafting from a piano suffusing the soul with beauty, of beating drums pulsating their way to the heart. Imagine a night of unbridled creativity and imaginatio­n, where renowned music masters collaborat­e with a group of budding gifted artists whose talents shine all the more for their unique condition. Imagine a night when the music takes over, giving life to everything, lending charm even to sadness. What a night that would be!

Promising such a night, the Associatio­n for Adults with Autism, Philippine­s (AAAP) presents, Collaborar­e: A night of fusion music from Gershwin, to Grusin to Cayabyab, a night where Masters in a rare spectacle, perform together with six gifted persons with autism, a benefit concert featuring three of the country’s eminent musicians: internatio­nally acclaimed and multiaward­ed pianist Raul Sunico, Asia’s most prolific ‘drummer’s drummer’ Jun Regalado, and esteemed music therapist and pianist Sol Garcia Bautista. These musical masters will spend a magical evening entertaini­ng with solo and collaborat­ive performanc­es with gifted artists from AAAP.

Three illustriou­s musicians and a group of budding gifted artists coming together for a night of sensorial musical delights, a night of ethereal piano and brass drums, jamming their way to the heart. A night when talents fuse and imaginatio­ns soar. But most of all, a night that gives to a noble cause, that nurtures the soul. What a night that would be!
