A 'live comedy' Valentine show at Music Museum

Pinoys, ever the romantic, go gaga over Valentine’s Day. Despite it not being a regular holiday, and this year it falls on a Friday payday, you can bet that Filipinos will still brave the horrendous traffic just to celebrate the day with their special someone. But it’s not just an occasion for lovers. Nowadays, Valentine’s has become a fun excuse for friends and colleagues to eat out, drink, even catch a shown as an ironic but fun way to celebrate their singleness amidst couples on romantic dates. Restaurant­s offer special Valentine’s dishes; and romantic movies, concerts, and live shows by major artists at venues big and small all over the metro vie to be the special entertainm­ent of choice of the Valentine crowd.

Among all the choices, one show is guaranteed to give you a truly unique and memorable Valentine’s evening. Tinder Love (Soooo Match) is a live comedy show that brings together the country’s best comics in one hilarious show in an intimate venue. Vargas will be at the Music Museum for two nights only, Feb. 14 and 15.

Tinder Love is under the direction of Phillip Lazaro, and will feature monologues, sketches, parodies, and satire about everything and anything that recently caught the Pinoy’s attention. Former standup comedian Rey Kilay is flying from the US where he is now based to perform a special set, too. And hunk actor Derrick Monasterio will also be appearing in a guest starring role!
