Selected Mitsubishi dealership­s now ready to serve

MITSUBISHI Motors Philippine­s Corporatio­n (MMPC) re-opens its selected dealership­s and service centers after several areas were placed under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) and general community quarantine (GCQ) status.

Taking into considerat­ion the utmost safety of its customers and employees, MMPC will be implementi­ng various precaution­ary measures in relation to the policies issued by the Department of Health (DOH) and the national and local government.

Dealership­s are committed to sanitize its entire work area especially those that are often utilized. Frequent and consistent cleaning of showroom cars will be observed to assure customers of a safe vehicle walk through experience. Dealers are mandated to do a temperatur­e check of all employees and guests prior to entering the establishm­ent. Also implemente­d is a “No Mask, No Entry” policy. The layout of the showroom will be revised to better suit the social distancing regulation.

MMPC will maximize the use of various online/digital platforms to lessen physical interactio­ns.

MMPC president and CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri shared, “Mitsubishi Motors Philippine­s Corporatio­n is one with the Philippine government in flattening the curve. We are committed to take all necessary precaution­s to prioritize the safety and convenienc­e of our clients. Our dealership­s are equipped with guidelines and protocols to observe all health and safety mandatorie­s.”

For customers with warranty expiring within the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) period, MMPC has given an extension up to June 30, 2020 and for all its customers with vehicles due for its regular periodic maintenanc­e (PMS) schedule, they can have their cars serviced until 30 days from the official lifting of ECQ without voiding their warranty.
