Malabon residents are getting an early Christmas treat as Kuya J opened its newest branch in the city’s Fisher Mall. This is the first brand-new Kuya J restaurant to open during the pandemic. I am glad some are still optimistic about business during these uncertain times. Aside from bringing Kuya J’s signature dishes closer to residents in the area, the new branch aims to help support the economy by generating new jobs and boosting commerce in the municipality.

My friend and marketing director of Kuya J Group, Ton Gatmaitan, said, “We decided to push through with the opening despite the ongoing pandemic because we need to help rebuild our economy by generating jobs and encouraging everyone to fully pivot to the new normal. Moreover, as we move closer to Christmas, we want to give families in

Malabon better access to Kuya J treats, which they can enjoy during the holiday season.”

A small opening ceremony was attended by Kuya J Group executives with singer Jed Madela and other VIP guests.

Malabon residents will now be able to satisfy their cravings for Filipino food with Kuya J’s bestsellers such as their Crispy Pata, Beef Kare-Kare, and Kuya J’s whole Fried Chicken.

Visit the new Kuya J branch at the Second Floor, Fisher Mall, C4 Road, corner Dagat-Dagatan Avenue, Longos, Malabon, Metro Manila. Health measures and safety protocols are strictly implemented in the restaurant.
