-

With the economy now starting to open up, and more people are beginning to open their wallets again to buy life-changing purchases such as homes, SM Development Corp. (SMDC), one of the country’s real-estate giants, gives its customers the chance to say “Mine!” to their new home via fun virtual talk shows and digital selling events of its ready-for-occupancy (RFO) communities.

By simply checking out the official Facebook and Youtube channels of SMDC for the Say Mine to your Dream Condo digital events, one will get a private tour of the different RFO projects of SMDC to see which one is best for them. Starting off this series is SMDC’s It’s a Shore Thing – a digital talk show and virtual tour of the Shore Residences complex, and a showcase of its waterfront resort-like amenities, perfect for individuals who aspire to have a relaxing and convenient lifestyle in the Mall of Asia Complex.

Closely following the digital talk show and virtual tour of Shore Residences is SMDC’s Say Mine to Your Dream Condo – an RFO digital selling event, which will be aired every weekend of October and November, allowing home hunters to tour SMDC properties, as well as score amazing deals for their new SMDC unit.

Stars and digital influencers Sarah Geronimo-Guidicelli, Matteo Guidicelli, Luis Manzano, and Alex Gonzaga, will take the audience and potential buyers through tours of the different SMDC RFO properties.

The live-selling show will put into focus five SMDC property developments: Trees Residences, Air Residences, South Residences, Grass Residences, and Fame Residences. Each development boasts of different features and amenities, catering to the various lifestyles of modern day Filipinos.

?? ?? The central amenity area of Trees Residences offers safe open spaces with pools and gardens for its residents to enjoy.
