JICA ODA FUNDING FOR METRO MANILA SUBWAY:

Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III (left) and JICA Philippines chief representative Eigo Azukizawa recently signed the second tranche worth P112 billion of the official development assistance to build the Metro Manila Subway.
