CLASSIC GIN MARTINI

Ingredient­s: 3 parts gin of choice 1/2 part dry vermouth A dash of orange bitters

Procedure: Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour over the vermouth and stir until chilled. Discard the ice with a strainer. Pour the gin and a dash of orange bitters; stir until chilled. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with lemon peel.

Ingredient­s: Equal parts vanilla-infused vodka, 70% Callebaut Dark Chocolate (melted), espresso and chocolate bitters

Procedure: Shake hard in a shaker. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
