The Philippines’ leading home improvement and construction supplies retailer, Wilcon Depot, under the brilliant leadership of founder and chairman emeritus William Belo alongside president and CEO Lorraine BeloCincochan and SEVP-COO Rosemarie Bosch-Ong, held its annual sales event in the Grand Hyatt Manila in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. With the theme “Wilcon Future Ready: Fortifying Leadership and Embracing Innovation,” the three-day event gathered the company’s retail leaders, who were all trained to strengthen and improve the company’s operations nationwide. Several well-known business leaders in the country were invited as guest speakers and they all emphasized that reinforcing the journey to digital transformation requires two important values: leadership and innovation.
For 45 years, Wilcon Depot has been at the forefront of the country’s home improvement and construction supplies sector, solidifying its presence with excellent performance, workforce pride, and sustained dedication to meet customer satisfaction. With the knowledge and new ideas imparted to its hardworking retail leaders, the company is definitely more ready to have better sales operations and eventually achieve its #FlyingHighTo100 store expansion campaign wherein it aims to have 100 operating stores nationwide by 2025, barring any unexpected external factors.
