She made her mark in Le Souffle, then continued to reap recognition with the Chef Jessie Rockwell Club and Top of the Citi by Chef Jessie. Both restaurants are now thriving businesses under Chef Jessie’s very own JCS Gastronomie Inc.

Her culinary passion has found another home at 100 Revolving Restaurant. The restaurant revolves 360 degrees in approximately two hours, just the length of time to enjoy a delightful meal. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. On a clear day it provides an almost unobstructed 360 degree sweep of Metro Manila, giving clear glimpses of Manila Bay on one side and the Sierra Madre mountains on the other. At night, flickering lights dot the landscape.

The food is equally remarkable. Though the restaurant describes its cuisine as international, you can easily detect the nuances of French cooking in most of the dishes. This is attributed to the chef’s strong affinity with French cuisine. Chef Jessie's love for Filipino cookery is also evident. Her culinary journey has taken her to parts of the world and gave her the chance to bring her inherent talent to levels unsurpassed. Far from resting on her laurels, she continues to take on any challenge that comes her way.
