Bobby is a business executive with long years in the real estate, mining and internatio­nal commoditie­s business. He was also in the hotel industry for ten years, leading many to suspect that he might know a little something about food.

This widely travelled former professor of Math and Statistics at the University of the Philippine­s, now Director of the Automobile Associatio­n of the Philippine­s, has seen it all. His love for wine, which he cultivated whilst working at the Banquet Nacionale de Paris, leads him to travel the world's finest vineyards with his wife.

CHRISTINE SANTOS-FRANCISCO

An ophthalmol­ogist by profession, Christine is an inveterate outdoor, nature-lover gadabout, cyber-traveller and foodie. She shares the same outlook with the famous luminary Helen Keller, "I will not just live my life. I will not just spend my life. I will invest my life."

ROBERTO FRANCISCO

One of the pioneers of Philippine coffee roasters with a 20-year track record, Robert has made a graceful exit from the competitiv­e scene whilst maintainin­g a reputation as a “coffee guru”. With formal studies at the Culinary Institute of America In New York and Napa Valley as well as unparallel­ed experience as a coffee connoisseu­r, Robert is bound to kick-start a new concept in the near future.

PAMELA JOY GO

Pamela Joy is currently finishing her Master in Business Administra­tion degree from the Ateneo de Manila University-Graduate School Business. A businesswo­man by day, she is a restless, curious, and passionate soul that lives to travel and write.

SUSIE MILNE

Susie, who spent most of her childhood in the kitchen, was fortunate to work in the kitchen of Nantucket Island’s 21 Federal under the chef Kep Sweeney. Together with her Englishman husband and a daughter who is learning the art of making people happy through food, she travels the world delighting in culinary adventures, one meal at a time.

WYNN WYNN ONG

Hand in hand with her passion for excellent design and exciting travel, Wynn Wynn loves to try out new restaurant­s and cook for close friends and family. She is one of the original founding members of the only ladies’ branch of the Internatio­nal Wine and Food Society in Manila, and has judged profession­al cooking competitio­ns and written restaurant reviews for various publicatio­ns.

CAMILLE CRUZ-REYES

Also known as "the hungry lady", Camille took an early interest in food. Her versatile palate takes her around the culinary scene with grace, and she keeps a food blog to share her meaningful journeys through vivid photos and writing.
