The Tatler Dining Guide Philippines
Terry’s Bistro
WHY GO
This is a much loved Spanish restaurant with the chef and owner Juan Carlos de Terry preparing classic and new versions of dishes that are highly sought after.
TATLER TIPS
Terry's best Iberico bellota platter gives you a satisfying combination of lomo doblado, jamon, chorizo, and salchichon. Savour the aglio e olio pasta delicacy. This has shrimps with garlic on spaghetti spread with parsley, Parmesan shavings, and Riofrio Alma caviar. A cannot-be-missed dish is the super cochinillo confit. This suckling pig creation is served with risotto, caramelised shallots and peaches with muscovado syrup. A true symphony on the palate! The rich chocolate Marquessa is a rich but not to be neglected way to end your meal. Make sure you leave space for this!
