Bago City road accident kills one

A motorcyclist was recently killed after striking a post at Purok Trese in Barangay Taloc, Bago City.

Police identified the fatality as 25-year-old Jefer Fulgencio, a resident of Purok Masinadyahon, Barangay Busay in the said city.

Bago City traffic investigator, Senior Police Officer 4 Wilson Aguilar, said, based on a statement provided by the victim’s father, Fulgencio said his son was drinking with friends in Bacolod City last Wednesday night and was expected home by Thursday morning.

Aguilar said it is possible Fulgencio was intoxicated while operating at a high speed, resulting in the accident.

Fulgencio was instantly killed from the accident.

Aguilar noted, the victim’s motorcycle was “totally wrecked.”/
