Women’s volleyball tournament in Bacolod City next month

Six teams are expected to compete in the 1st Negros Federation of Volleyball Enthusiast­s Inc. (NEFVEI) Chinese New Year Women’s Open Volleyball Tournament, which is set to take place from February 2 to 4 at the Montalbo Residence in Bacolod City.

“So far, have two teams have confirmed their participat­ion,” said Biboy Calamba of NEFVEI. “We are hoping for four more teams to complete the lineup.”

Both we who Bacolod Tay Tung High School and Colegio de San AgustinBac­olod will be taking part in the competitio­n.

The winning team will take home P10,000 and a trophy, while second and third place each win P5,000 and P2,000, respective­ly./ASC,
