2 frustrated homicide suspects fall

Charged with frustrated homicide, two men were arrested in Hinigaran town’s Barangay Tuguis last Saturday.

Hinigaran Police Station officer-in-charge, Police Major James Latayon, identified the suspects as Joven Magbanua of Sitio Labayen and Antonio Mudanza of Sitio Bellabail, all in Barangay Tuguis.

Magbanua and Mudanza were arrested through an arrest warrant dated July 10, 2002 and issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 55 in Himamaylan City.

The suspects were detained at the Hinigaran Police Station.
