Raymund “Mund” H. Javellana is said to have been a businessman in his early married years until the properties of the parents were shared among his siblings. Luck came his way as the family property where a former mansion remained to stand and is today known to millions of tourists as THE RUINS in Talisay City, Negros Occidental fell into his possession. With such property not known to him if it would earn him a fortune for tourists to appreciate or otherwise, he and spouse Yves, shared muscles of efforts to promote the place until it became a worldwide heritage landmark. He has three children who gave him more inspiration to work for more – thus he came up with his motto – “No guts, no glory (before); No face mask, no entry (now).”
