Technology Leads Innovation to Education System
Are we still stuck in a traditional mindset and refuse to accept that technology in moderation leads to innovating our learning process? As a proverb once said, “Do not confine your children to your own learning, for they were born in another time.” Today’s learners must be improved, and part of that involves being adaptable to all available modes. All classes were put on hold when the pandemic struck the nation, forcing students and teachers to switch from face-to-face instruction to online classes to protect their health.
It took some time for teachers and students to explore the computers, websites, and applications that were available to maintain education after the adjustments. The walls of the room are no longer a barrier because technology can create new avenues for collaboration and communication. Customization and engaging learning experiences are made possible by virtual courses, teaching aids, educational software, and other emerging technologies.
Traditional education had returned last Nov. 2, 2022, nationwide both in public and private schools. Additionally, teachers are using computers as a motivator, incentive, and reward. The benefits of using computers in the classroom, facilitating difficult-to-learn material for students’ enjoyment. (Toth, 2002). Students do not just rely on newspapers or television to spread information about themselves, their beliefs, their education, and school announcements; they also use social media. Both at home and in the institutions.
Happy to say that everyone did their best to use various modalities appropriate for the student’s generation. To break free from the conservative chain that has held us for so long, one should be able to find more than one hundred different routes. Nobody should follow a single path that leads nowhere instead of exploring a vibrant, digitally advanced world. Technology undoubtedly influences the educational system.
