GROOM SPOTLIGHT: JUAN CARLO DEL ROSARIO

-

Juan Carlo and his bride hired a coordinator to help them out with the preps. And sure, that makes things easier, but even a coordinator won’t be able to make you lose weight, put the muscles in your arms. That one is on you. And that’s precisely what Juan Carlo is doing.

He laughs a bit then goes: “I’ve been working out. Need to look good on the wedding day and get rid of my dad bod.”

Juan Carlo has decided to let go a bit. To focus on what matters. And that means taking in every step, every choice that he makes with his bride.

“My tip is to enjoy the journey of wedding planning and preparations just as much as the wedding day itself. I only imagine that it will feel that much more rewarding because of all the time and effort we put in.”

FROM THE EDITORS:

KITTEN: Don’t be afraid to ask for help, if you need it. But also make sure to get reliable suppliers, who can clear large chunks of the work from your slate.

REY: For a busy groom like Juan Carlo, you might consider getting a stylist to choose your outfit from pre-nup to the big day. I suggest you get one whom you have chemistry with as well.

AURELIO: If you’re trying to lose weight, get started a few months before the wedding to set realistic goals. A trainer also helps if you have some problem areas you need to work on.
