Juan Carlo is a luxury-catering brand known for its local and international award winning dishes and high end catering services that extends to vegan, Muslim, Arabic, Indian, Tunisian, European, and Asian cuisine. They have been a powerhouse in the wedding and events industry for over 25 years, and this was made possible through president Engr. Alex Michael del Rosario’s deep passion and vast experience in cooking, the day to day grind, and strong drive to always never settle for the current skills that he has. Recently after the wedding of his son, here comes a new potential member of Juan Carlo. She is the wife of Juan Carlo himself, and the first Creative Director of the company. In her first months, Sofia Isabel del Rosario has launched over 50 new thematic centerpieces, aisle floral styling and backdrops this 2019.
Last June 2019, Juan Carlo won “most creative booth” among other stylists and co-suppliers at SM Batangas.
Despite having a different profession in her previous work, she has successfully immersed herself in the creative department through long hours of research and the passionate drive to continuously train to be the best. She always had the artistic talent for drawing, craftsmanship and other fields in liberal arts, but floral arrangement was a whole new field she was unfamiliar with. In the first months, she knew that she had to catch up fast by honing her skills every single and during her month, she joined ngr. Alex by co-spearheading all food tasting designs, competitions, debut and wedding exhibits, and celebrity weddings.
Many have gladly chosen Juan Carlo’s floral styling because they have many themes to choose from such as modern minimalism, modern tropical, modern dramatic, classic, rustic organic, winter inspired and shabby chic. The first category is modern minimalism; it introduces a
classic and simple floral styling that balance with the natural beauty of outdoor garden ceremonies and venues. Moreover, it fits the personality of brides that love chic and dainty details.
The second is modern tropical that is a combination of modern décor or furnishings, green or colored tropical leaves, zesty colors of flowers, gold pineapples, coconuts, and a lot of floating candles.
