Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila started the year royally—with its Le Grand Royal Sunday Brunch on the last Sunday of January. Its multi-awarded Spiral restaurant presented an opulent feast inspired by picturesque royal banquets, thus the name Royal Brunch.
This was enhanced by a runway show by famed fashion designer Albert Andrada, under the creative direction of Robby Carmona. Albert’s haute couture collection was inspired by the 1950s aesthetic of British Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon.
The next Le Grand Sunday Brunches are happening again on April 29, July 29, and October 28, 2018. Amidst the culinary delights, there will be live entertainment, animation, and even children’s activities.
