Chocolate and Madeira wine
Blandy's Madeira winemakers and the UauCacau chocolate factory released 4 varieties of chocolate truffle created to be enjoyed with Madeira wine.
Caramel and salt flower truffle, walnut truffle, passionfruit truffle and spices truffle can be paired, respectively, with Blandy's Sercial, Blandy's Verdelho, Blandy's Bual and Blandy's Malmsey.
The initiative comes about as the result of the pooling together of the talent of UauCacau master chocolatier Tony Fernandes and Blandy's Madeira's oenologist Francisco Albuquerque.
The chocolate truffles and Madeira wine are available on the stores of each brand in chocolate boxes with the 4 grape varieties of Madeira wine making the full gastronomic experience available as a package.

Trufa de caramelo e flor de sal, trufa de noz, trufa de maracujá e trufa de especiarias, podem ser acompanhadas, respetivamente, por Blandy’s Sercial, Blandy’s Verdelho, Blandy’s Bual e Blandy’s Malvasia.
A iniciativa resulta da combinação do talento de Tony Fernandes, mestre chocolateiro da UauCacau, e de Francisco Albuquerque, enólogo da Blandy’s Madeira.
As trufas de chocolate e o vinho Madeira estão disponíveis nas lojas das duas marcas em caixas de chocolates com as 4 castas de vinho Madeira, o que permite a total experiência gastronómica.
