Lots of music at the Baltazar Dias Theatre

The Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre resumed its normal programming, having been severely constrained due to the rules to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. The largest performance house in Madeira presented a 2021/2022 artistic season with a wide variety of events, from music to theatre, as well as conferences.

The events starting in January have not yet been disclosed. But music is the dominant theme in the programme that has already been disclosed. It includes the International Mandolin Festival (22nd to 24th October), the Madeira Piano Fest (3rd to 11th November), or Image Play, the International Video Art Festival (4th and 5th November). Between 16 and 18 December the Ezequiel musical by Norberto Cruz takes to the stage.

O Teatro Municipal Baltazar Dias retomou a sua programação normal, depois de várias condicionantes, devido às regras de combate à pandemia de Covid-19. A maior casa de espetáculos da Madeira apresentou uma temporada artística 2021/2022 com uma grande variedade de eventos, desde a música ao teatro, passando pelas conferências.

Os eventos a partir de janeiro ainda não foram divulgados. Mas a música é a tónica dominante no cartaz que já é conhecido. Inclui o Festival Internacional de Bandolins (22 a 24 de outubro), o Madeira Piano Fest (3 a 11 de novembro), ou o Image Play, o Festival Internacional de Vídeo Arte (4 e 5 de novembro).
