CARNIVAL AT PALHEIRO GOLFE

The Palheiro Golf held in February the traditional Carnival tournament, challenging the members to bring an accessory. The event counted with about 30 players, was played in teams of two elements in format four ball better ball. There was a lot of imagination and originality among the participants. After the tournament there was a meeting between all the participants with the right to malassadas (a typical dish of this season). A vote was taken to elect the team with the most original accessory. With 50% of the votes, Ambrósio Teixeira and Carlos Sidónio were the winners in their humorous Clown Costume. In 2nd place was the pair Ana and Ricardo Fernandes. As for the final classification, Sascha Hartmann and António Sales Vieira were the winners with 44 points. In 2nd Place were Bernardo Calção and Teresa Gonçalves with 42 points and 3rd place of the podium was Ana and Ricardo Fernandes with 41 points.

OPalheiro Golfe realizou em fevereiro o tradicional torneio de Carnaval, desafiando os sócios a trazerem um acessório. A prova contou com a presença de cerca de 30 jogadores, foi disputada em equipas de dois elementos em formato four ball better ball. Houve muita imaginação e originalidade entre os participantes. Após o torneio realizou-se um convívio entre todos os participantes com direito a malassadas. Foi feito uma votação para eleger a equipa com o acessório mais original. Com 50% dos votos, Ambrósio Teixeira e Carlos Sidónio foram os vencedores com o seu traje de Palhaços bem humorados. Em 2º lugar ficou a dupla Ana e Ricardo Fernandes. Quanto à classificação final, Sascha Hartmann e António Sales Vieira foram os vencedores com 44 pontos. Em 2º Lugar ficaram Bernardo Calção e Teresa Gonçalves com 42 pontos e o 3º lugar do pódio coube a Ana e Ricardo Fernandes com 41 pontos.
