The Primier Tournament of the Architects Golf Club season was held at Belas Golf Club on March 23rd. A sunny day living up to this season of the year. In the course were more than 80 players to fight for the first places of this competition and for the Order of Merit of the Club. During the event there was a Golf Clinic with Professor José Portas de Figueiredo, so the more curious began to take their first steps into the sport. As for the tournament prizes, highlight the winner of the 1st Gross place among the members who also achieved the longest drive award: Luís Bleck da Silva. Highlight also for the winner of the 1st place Net and the 1st category CGA members (hcp from 0 to 18), Vicente Gouveia. The Ladies’ longest drive went to Mónica Lopes, while the most accurate hit on hole 17 was for Leonor Janeiro. The best 2nd. stroke went to Daniel di Pietro. The second (hcp 18.1 to 24) and third categories (hcp 24.1 to 99) of the members of the CGA went to the hands of Rita Roquette Vasconcellos and Daniel di Pietro respectively. This tournament also had the participation of several members of the Belas Golf Club that won the 1st place of the guests and the 1st Gross general by José Morais and Tiago Rebelo de Almeida respectively. After the lunch and awards ceremony, the General Assembly Meeting of the Club was held with the presentation of the accounts for the 2018 season, which were unanimously approved.
OTorneio Primavera do Clube de Golf dos Arquitectos decorreu no Belas Clube de Campo no passado dia 23 de março. Um dia cheio de sol e a fazer jus a esta estação do ano. Em campo foram mais de 80 os jogadores a lutar pelos primeiros lugares desta competição e pela Ordem de Mérito do Clube. Durante a prova houve um Atelier de Golfe com o Professor José Portas de Figueiredo, para os mais curiosos começarem a dar os primeiros passos na modalidade. Quanto aos prémios do torneio, destaque para o vencedor do 1º lugar gross do Clube que acumulou com o drive mais longo, Luís Bleck da Silva. Destaque também para o vencedor do 1º lugar net e da 1ª categoria sócios CGA (hcp de 0 a 18), Vicente Gouveia. O drive mais longo das senhoras foi para Mónica Lopes, enquanto a pancada mais certeira no buraco 17 foi para Leonor Janeiro. A melhor 2º. pancada foi para Daniel di Pietro que de uma forma especial fechou os “Skills”. As 2ªs. (hcp 18.1 a 24) e 3ªs categorias (hcp 24.1 a 99) dos sócios do CGA foram para as mãos respetivamente de Rita Roquette Vasconcellos e Daniel di Pietro. Este torneio teve também a participação de diversos sócios do Clube de Golfe de Belas que arrecadaram o 1º lugar dos convidados e o 1º gross geral respetivamente com os jogadores José Morais e Tiago Rebelo de Almeida. Após o almoço e entrega de prémios decorreu a Assembleia Geral Ordinária do Clube com a apresentação das contas relativas ao ano de 2018, tendo sido aprovadas por unanimidade.
