3RD Portuguese International Mid-Amateur Championship
Spaniard Santiago Vega de Seone and Finnish Minna Kaarnalahti were the winners of the III International Mid-Amateur Championship of Portugal, which took place in November at Troia Golf Club. The first edition of the National Mid-Amateur Circuit came to an end, rewarding the best in the Gold and Silver rankings of the Road to Troia. Coming from Madrid, where he is a member of the Real Club La Moraleja, Santiago Vega de Seoane made an eagle in the 18th (par 5) to beat by the minimum margin his compatriot Oscar Sanchez Jubindo, 43, of the Real Club de Golf De Las Palmas, in the Canary Islands. National mid-amateur champion Lara Veira (Santo da Serra GC) was third with 241 (+25).

A campeã nacional mid-amateur Lara Veira (CG Santo da Serra) foi terceira com 241 (+25).
