DOM PEDRO TRADE CIRCUIT
The big winner of the 1st tournament of the Dom Pedro Trade Golf Circuit was Inês Martins Dias, from Benamor Golf, with 39 points, having also won the Ladies category.
The tournament, which took place at Dom Pedro Old Course, in Vilamoura, had more than fifty golfers. Among men, the Net classification was won by Miguel Horta Dias of TopTeam Travel, with 38 points, and Gross went to Frederico Champalimaud, from Quinta da Ria. Alexandre Cruz, from Tee Times Golf Agency, won the specials prizes: Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin.
This is the first Portuguese golf circuit dedicated exclusively to national and international trade. After the Old Course, the circuit will visit the other courses of the Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection, in the Algarve. Dom Pedro Pinhal (29th of May), then Dom Pedro Millennium (17th of July), again at the Dom Pedro Old Course (28th of August), ending at the Dom Pedro Victoria (27th of November). The prize for the Order of Merit winner is a week with half board and golf at Dom Pedro Laguna - Aquiraz Riviera - Fortaleza in Brazil, including airfare on TAP.
Agrande vencedora do 1º torneio do Dom Pedro Trade Golf Circuit foi Inês Martins Dias, do Benamor Golf, com 39 pontos, tendo vencido também a categoria de Senhoras.
O torneio, que se realizou no Dom Pedro Old Course, em Vilamoura, contou com mais de meia centena de golfistas. Entre os homens, a classificação Net foi vencida por Miguel Horta Dias da TopTeam Travel, com 38 pontos, e o Gross foi para Frederico Champalimaud, da Quinta da Ria. Alexandre Cruz, da Tee Times Golf Agency, arrecadou os primeiros especiais: Longest Drive e Nearest the Pin.
Este é o primeiro circuito de golfe português dedicado exclusivamente ao trade nacional e internacional. Depois do Old Course, o circuito vai visitar os restantes campos do Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection, no Algarve. A 29 de Maio joga-se no Dom Pedro Pinhal (29 de Maio), depois Dom Pedro Millennium (17 Julho), novamente no Dom Pedro Old Course (28 de Agosto), terminando no Dom Pedro Victoria (27 de Novembro). O prémio para o vencedor do Ranking é uma semana com meia pensão e golfe no Dom Pedro Laguna – Aquiraz Riviera – Fortaleza no Brasil, incluindo passagem aérea na TAP.
