CG BENFICA - TORNEIO REPSOL 2022

With the presence of 88 players, Benfica Golf Club organized the REPSOL 2022 Tournament on the Aroeira I course. The weather was perfect and the course was in good condition, a combination that helped the results to be well above average. José Cândido Oliveira was the Gross winner with 30 points, leaving José Carlos Melo with the best Net trophy, with 41 points. By categories, José Rações (39 points) won the 1st, João Carlos Matos (40) the 2nd, and João Ferro Batista (37) the 3rd. Among the guests, the best of the day was Virgílio Borges, with 37 points.

Special prizes went to António Nobre and José Augusto, for the closest ball. In the end, the sponsor, represented by Eng. António Martins Victor handed the trophies over to the winners, and offered 10 fuel cards of €50 each.

The results of this tournament also determined the best 32 member for the first round of Benfica Matchplay 2022.
