?? ?? Such sums of money and other liquid assets will be paid prior to December 1, 2016, by Prudential to persons establishi­ng to the company’s satisfacti­on their right to receive the same. Not later than December 10, 2016, in accordance with the procedures outlined in The Abandoned or Unclaimed Money and Other Liquid Asset Act, all money or other liquid assets not claimed from said company shall be transferre­d to the Commission­er of Financial Institutio­ns, who shall thereafter be responsibl­e for the payment thereof.
Such sums of money and other liquid assets will be paid prior to December 1, 2016, by Prudential to persons establishi­ng to the company’s satisfacti­on their right to receive the same.
