SR Bu Financial Analyst
The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation, revision and analysis of the financial impact on cost for the plant operations and results, evaluation of performance indicators, active participation on production/operations meeting providing guidance to the team. Evaluates product costs and provides solutions for improvements. It is also expected to give support to the overall Finance Department (including Cost Accounting and General Accounting).
Principal Duties and responsibilities. Accountable for:
Revising all Raw Material cost with the purchasing department Demounting Labor cost (Budget/Forecast) Analyzing Cost per until budget Reporting Final Unit Budget Quarterly Forecast Headcount Forecast
Monthly & YTD Product Costing for Process, Cell, Product, BU & Total Plant
Knowledge, Education, Experience, and skills Required:
Five to eight years of experience in Cost Accounting functions in regulated manufacturing environment Finance planning experience
Cost development and variance analysis Inventory valuation and cycle count program
Experience in Business Until Structure Organization
Formal Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration: major in Accounting. MBA, CPA, CMA desirable.
SR Engineering Product & Process Engineering
Actively participate, assist, and/ or be accountable in the planning and execution of mid- to high-complexity development and troubleshooting activities for new and existing products or processes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for:
Processing Set up for New Lines Materials Characterization Test Method Development Test Method Validation Experimental Studies for new Technology
Knowledge, Education, Experience, And Skills required. Position Requirements:
At least five years of relevant industrial experience
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries preferred.
Experience with multi-cavity injection molding processes
Experience in R&D, process development, and/or product development.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Formal Education:
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical).
MS degree in Engineering preferred.
Engineering (Process Automation) Principal Duties Accountable for:
Developing Automation Opportunities Project Design and Master Planning for Automation
Detailed Plant & Logistics-Automation Equipment Automation Execution Process Automation Validation Experimental Studies for New Technology
Software development Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Skills Required. Position Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry
EIT license highly desirable and CIAPR member
Formal Education:
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related area
Interpersonal:
Excellent interpersonal skills. High motivated, self-starter, and responsible person Engineering (project)
Manages the execution of moderate Complexity Projects through its Life Cycle including, but not limited to, Capacity increase of existing Equipment Process

Product Assessment for product transfer
Project Design and Master Planning for new lines
Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Skills Required. Position Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry
EIT license highly desirable and CIAPR member
Formal Education:
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related area
Sourcing Manager
Responsible for the timely procurement of materials adhered to negotiated price, inventory levels and quality standards to meet business needs and manufacturing demand
Plan, analyze and execute material requirements based on Master Plan, historical data and/or minimum-maximum targets
Responsible for the effective Supplier and Inventory Management of assigned materials.
BA in Supply Chain or Business Administration Field
5+ years working in direct material sourcing or supply chain roles with manufacturing operations
Demonstrate proficiency in Supplier and Inventory Management and Sourcing Process in a high volume, multi-sites and regulated environment.
On the job robust experience in negotiations and implementing cost saving projects
