Chef Zhang Yang joins City Cen­tre Rotana

ity Cen­tre Rotana Doha has an­nounced the join­ing of cel­e­brated Chi­nese Chef Zhang Yang to the ho­tel’s fam­ily, specif­i­cally to the team of ‘Teatro’ restau­rant, says a press re­lease. He has over 19 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the Asian cuisine pent in sev­eral coun­tries and crowned with num­ber of cco­lades, awards and cer­tifi­cates.

Chef Yang started his ca­reer in China and then moved o many coun­tries over 19 years to con­tinue his cre­ations n the Asian and Chi­nese cuisine and learned sev­eral skills nd ex­per­tise through his work with di­verse in­ter­na­tional os­pi­tal­ity brands. With the start of his ca­reer at ‘Teatro’, hef Yang will give his spe­cial touch on se­lected spe­cial ig­na­ture dishes.

Mean­while, City Cen­tre Rotana Doha, has also un­veiled nhance­ments to the new menu at ‘Teatro’, which will al­low uests to choose their pre­ferred cuisines with ease and om­fort from the five in­ter­na­tional cuisines char­ac­ter­is­ing Teatro’ – namely, Thai, Chi­nese, Ital­ian, In­dian and apanese cuisines in ad­di­tion to a wide se­lec­tion of sal­ads nd ap­pe­tis­ers which will make din­ing an un­for­get­table xpe­ri­ence in a lively and dy­namic at­mos­phere.
