Anniversary promotions at Safari Mall from today

Safari Group has announced the launch of special promotions from today as part of its eighth anniversary celebrations.

Besides the promotions, the leading hypermarket group is also offering a cookery show to mark the occasion.

The ‘Safari Flavour 2018’ Food Festival in the Safari Bakery & Hot Food division is the main attraction of the anniversary celebrations, the group has said in a statement. Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of food as more than 75 types of dishes will be showcased covering Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, Bangladeshi, Arabic, Filipino, Chinese cuisines, etc.

The items on offer include mutton malabari, chettinadu chicken curry, beef vinthalu, hyderabadi chicken dum biriyani, sindhi biriyani, thalppakitt chicken dum biriyani, alappuzha chemmeen curry, butter bread, marble cake, mothichur laddu, kothu porota, vattelappam, mutton momo, murg rezala, seekh kebab, arabic chicken kebab, mutton kabsa, chicken majboos, mutton chops, mixed fried rice, mutton fried rice, creme caramel, chilly prawns fry, hong kong fried rice, chilly beef, singapore chicken fried rice, mutton peshawari and dal fry’. Customers can enjoy these dishes at discounted prices, the statement notes.

The cookery show will be held in the Safari Mall food court, Abu Hamour, led by TV anchor Lekshmi Nair on October 20, 6pm.

Safari has organised the Digital Spark Promotion to add colour to the celebrations.

There will be discounts on home appliances, digital items, electronics, accessories etc. All types of computer and mobile accessories, laptops of various brands, printers, tablets, projectors, digital and SLR cameras, etc, are being showcased as part of the promotion. Also, there will be discounts on TV, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.

Another promotion, which allows customers to win 10kg gold, was introduced at all Safari outlets September 10. A total of five draws will be held during the promotion and 2kg gold will be given away in each draw. There will be four winners per draw.

The first-prize winner will get 1kg gold, while the second-, third- and fourthprize winners will receive 500gm, 300gm and 200gm gold, respectively.

Customers will get a raffle coupon for every purchase worth QR50, which will enable them to take part in the draw to decide the winners. The first draw will be held at Safari Mall on October 29.
