Deputy Speaker meets chairman of Eastwest European Institute

HE the Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Mohamed bin Abdulla al-Sulaiti met with the visiting Chairman of the Eastwest European Institute Giuseppe Scognamiglio and the delegation of Italian student accompanying him. During the meeting, the Deputy Speaker briefed the delegation on the Qatar’s positions and its internal and external policies as well as on the legislative and supervisory role of the Advisory Council. The delegation praised Qatar’s efforts in supporting the Arab-European relations for peace and stability in the region and the world, and also praised Qatar’s development process in various fields. –
