16 Palestinians held
Israeli occupation forces launched yesterday a largescale arrest campaign targeting 16 Palestinians, including children and freed prisoners from various parts of the West Bank.
According to Palestinian News Agency, the occupation forces arrested a youth from Al-Azza camp north of Bethlehem and two other youths, one of them a released prisoner Rami Ayman Sharida, from Tubas city.
Two other Palestinians were arrested by the occupation forces after raiding their homes in Qalqiliya city.
In Hebron, Israeli occupation forces arrested four Palestinians, including a child from Al-Arroub refugee camp. They also arrested the released prisoner Maher al-Atrash after raiding his house in Halhoul town, north of Hebron, and another Palestinian from Yatta town, south of Hebron.
In Tulkarem, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man after raiding his house in Shuwaika neighbourhood, north of Tulkarm. In Salfit city, the Israeli occupation forces arrested four Palestinians, including the released prisoner Hussam Anis Harb.
