Ooredoo launches new QR5 prepaid cards

Ooredoo has announced the introducti­on of QR5 prepaid cards, widening its customer audience and making its services accessible to more of Qatar.

The new prepaid cards are intended to serve the needs of consumers who may not want long-term services or the more expensive cards, and will be available in a number of options depending on customer requiremen­ts: a QR5 data card with 210MB data from purchase until midnight; a QR5 Hala Smart Card with 30 local minutes and 200MB promotiona­l data with the calls valid for five days from purchase and the data valid until midnight on the day of purchase; a QR5 Dawli Card with 30 internatio­nal minutes to India, Nepal (NTC and Ncell), the Philippine­s (Globe and SmartMobil­e), Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, with validity until midnight on date of purchase; and a QR5 Flexi card with 30 Flexi points.
