Qatar takes part, for the last time, in Opec talks

Qatar took part, for the last time, in the meetings of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) in Vienna yesterday. HE the Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida al-Kaabi headed Qatar’s delegation to the meeting. Qatar announced its withdrawal from Opec on Monday. Al-Kaabi held a number of discussions on the sidelines of the Opec meetings. Business Page 1
