Amir condoles with Erdogan in phone call

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani held yesterday a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during which he expressed his sincere condolences on the victims of the explosion that took place in Istanbul, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. The Amir said that Qatar stands by Turkiye and its brotherly people, and offers its full support for all the measures it takes to maintain its security and stability, reiterating Qatar’s firm position on rejecting violence, terrorism, and targeting civilians and innocents.
