Woqod opens petrol station in Nuaija

Qatar Fuel (Woqod) recently opened a petrol station in the Nuaija area as part of the company’s ongoing expansion plans to serve every area in Qatar.

Managing director and chief executive Saad Rashid al-Muhannadi said: “Woqod aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort.”

The new petrol station is spread over an area of 2,100sq m and has two lanes with four dispensers for light vehicles, which will serve the Nuaija area and its neighbourhood.

The Nuaija station offers round-the-clock services and includes a Sidra convenience store and sale of Shafaf LPG cylinders, in addition to gasoline products for light vehicles.

Woqod is currently overseeing the implementation of three new fuel stations, most of which are expected to be operational before the year-end.
