Education ministry holds schools, kindergart­ens performanc­e panel discussion

The School Evaluation Department of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education has held a panel discussion, to review the most important results and recommenda­tions of school performanc­e quality evaluation processes for public and private schools and kindergart­ens, as well as the results of the comprehens­ive educationa­l survey for academic 2021/2022.

The panel discussed the results of several axes, including the comprehens­ive educationa­l survey for public and private schools, which was implemente­d for the categories (parent, student, teacher and director) as well as the results of the comprehens­ive educationa­l survey for public and private kindergart­ens for the categories of (parent, teacher and director) for this academic year, as well as the results of periodic evaluation­s of public schools and kindergart­ens for the aforementi­oned school year, and comparing it with the previous year 2020/2021, in addition to ways to enhance efforts between the different department­s to achieve quality in the educationa­l process.

The seminar, which was chaired by Director of the School Evaluation Department Mona Mohamed al-Kuwari, also discussed the results of the mandatory evaluation and national school accreditat­ion processes for private schools for the school year 2021/2022 and comparing it with the previous year.

At the conclusion of the panel, the department made several recommenda­tions related to achieving quality in school performanc­e.
