Qatar participates in meeting of GCC ministers of transport

Qatar has participated in the meeting of the Committee of the GCC Ministers of Transport with a delegation chaired by HE the Minister of Transport Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti. The meeting was held via videoconferencing. The participants reviewed the latest updates regarding the GCC Railways Authority, its organisational structure and work during the coming year. They also discussed progress on the GCC railway project and the set date to carry out and operate the project, as well as several topics relative to the land transportation strategy of the GCC, the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and other related topics.
