Qatar welcomes extension of grain exports agreement through Black Sea
Qatar has welcomed the extension of the grain export agreement through the Black Sea for 120 additional days, hoping that such an extension would help avoid food crisis and reduce the grain prices globally. In a statement yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the full appreciation of Qatar for the efforts of the United Nations and Turkey in extending the agreement, which facilitates the unfettered flow of grain supplies and food without hurdles and contributes to bolstering and ensuring global food security.
