Foreign minister meets European Commission VP

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani has met European Commission Vice-President Margaritis Schinas, who is currently in Doha for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 opening ceremony.

During the meeting, they discussed the relations and co-operation between Qatar and the European Union.

The meeting yesterday addressed Qatar’s efforts in overhauling labour laws and the legislation
