Dignitaries seen off at departure

Venezuelan Executive VicePresident Dr Delcy Eloina Rodriguez Gomez and Ecuador’s Vice-President Alfredo Borrero left Doha yesterday after attending the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 on Sunday at Al Bayt Stadium. The two countries’ vice-presidents and their accompanying delegations were seen off at Hamad International Airport by HE the Director of Protocol Department Ibrahim bin Yousef Fakhro. Venezuelan ambassador to Qatar Carlos Jose Mata Figueroa was also present to see off Gomez. (QNA)
