JRE launches property management service to serve customers
WITH a vision to offer its valued customers an assortment of services, Just Real Estate (JRE), the leading property service provider in Qatar, has announced the launch of UK Property Management Service.
These services are exclusively designed for tenants who are looking for a fussfree stay at JRE properties, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Some of the value-added features of the service include co-ordination with the agent to find a suitable tenant, check the referencing and negotiate the terms of the assured short- hold tenancy with the agent and the client.
If necessary, the team can assist the client to obtain additional
insurance to protect against the non-payment of rent and to cover legal cost, the statement added.
