Ooredoo supports 2019 Qatar Trade Summit as silver sponsor
OOREDOO, the region’s leading enabler of digital business innovation, was the silver sponsor and communications partner of the recently concluded Qatar Trade Summit held in Doha.
The 2019 Qatar Trade Summit was a three-day (November 25-27) megaevent bringing together trade and logistics industry experts, key stakeholders and government officials to deliberate current developments within Qatar and plan a roadmap for the country’s economic growth and the consolidation of its position as a regional trade leader.
The summit featured panel discussions, presentations from speakers and opportunities for stakeholders to network and share experiences, insights and expertise, Ooredoo said in a statement on Monday.
Day one of the event focused on sea ports, shipping and air cargo, while day two’s spotlight was on supply chain and logistics. The final day looked at Qatar trade and investment.
As well as being Silver Sponsor, Ooredoo participated in the event with its Director, Strategic Accounts, Cyril Anand, contributing on key topics revolving around digitalisation and transformation of regional shipping and air cargo.
Anand presented highlights of Ooredoo’s 5G network capabilities and how businesses and organisations can leverage 5G to their advantage.
